Responsibilities:  Complete oversite from the pre-construction phase through tenant construction.  Specific tasks include preparation of the initial budget & budget updates; assist client with preparation of the pro-forma;  negotiations with tenants including edits to the lease exhibits;  oversee the design team; conduct constructability reviews and make recommendations as it pertains to the budget; work with local utility companies for new and upgraded utility needs; manage the permitting & bid processes; hire contractor(s) and manage the construction process. 

Project Description:  Renovation & redemise of a former WalMart building, new pad buildings and associated site work.  The former WalMart building will be converted into four separate tenant spaces with separate utilities, entrance facades and loading docks
